I started working with Heather as a coach through personal transition over a year ago, and continue to love the clarity and depth that grow from working with her. Heather's personal presence is a huge asset as a coach - she can be soothing, energizing, challenging, curious: always the right thing when I need it. Thanks to Heather's insight and support, I have the courage to dare more in my life and work. She's like the conscience of my creativity - a little angel on my shoulder pointing towards growth and fulfillment (and sometimes making a fool of myself!).
There are tangible things I've done thanks to Heather's work: sought new work that lines up with what I really value, deepened my spiritual life, tapped into new aspects of my creative life, taken on surprising new physical challenges (I've even climbed a small mountain, and am looking forward to a bigger one), and created wonderful new relationships. The biggest thing, though, is that I feel I'm living in alignment with my heart and my values.

I have grown leaps and bounds as a leader as a direct result of my coaching with Heather. I feel much better prepared to address issues that come up daily because of the self-alignment I now feel with my core values. Heather has an amazing gift that I am so grateful to have experienced. I hope more nursing leaders are able to utilize her gift as it provides real benefit in what we do and how we do it.

Coaching with Heather has allowed me to identify tools that will move me forward during times of stress. It's given me the opportunity to search deep within myself to find the person I am and who I want to be as a leader. I would absolutely recommend Heather for coaching.

Heather's coaching allowed my leadership team to better identify and focus on key areas that we need to target to run a successful business. Her coaching techniques and approach helped change our culture to one of more openness and honesty especially when dealing with disagreements among team members.

Heather has been teaching at our Nurse Manager Academy for the past 5 years. Our participants are nursing leaders from around the world. Her thought provoking session on conflict management skills gives insight into how people negotiate, our own bias regarding conflict and the best way to engage so that it truly begets a win-win outcome. The practical exercises are fun, effective, and meaningful. Most importantly, Heather gives the nurses skills that can be immediately applied in the workplace and her facilitation style is dynamic and engaging.
